I have a number of accounts with several banks and find TSB the best of a bad bunch.

Cash deposits (and cheques) are instantly credited to my TSB account.

I don't use mobile ap prefer to do online banking on my PC.

Nationwide have an app and the instant machines in some branches if you're looking for an alternative. Perhaps check out the local branches of every bank to see what they have before applying anywhere.

I like TSB - simple online UI. No frills, no fuss. Pay me my interest every month. All I can ask for really.

Oh and I get 'free' breakdown cover (et cetera) as long as I keep 2k in my ancient Gold account :)

I use TSB for the 5% interest, got no desire to use it for everyday banking. Its app is not very functional compared to Barclays / Santander

This says it all "TSB will pay £100m over the next two years to Lloyds to piggyback off its IT systems, which then ratchets up to £200m as part of a 10-year agreement."

Love Natwest. Excellent App and have never had any issues in 15 years.

I have a tsb account and find it very good, much prefer their online banking to my M&S one which is horrible!
