Shower cabin

Hi we would like to remove our bath in the bathroom and install a shower enclosure instead and were wondering if anyone has any thoughts on a shower cabin as it would save us having to tile the walls of a conventional shower enclosure and they come with a shower (and body jets) inlcuded. I have found a couple on reputable websites (and some on ebay) and just wondered if anyone has installed one of these and what they think.
