I don't have any HD videos on the hard drive, or any HD dvd discs, but the problem occurs when watching either HD tv progs online, or HD clips on you tube, even when I allow it to download first, before playing.
Anyway, I've ordered the Radeon 5450 today, so am looking forward to seeing what difference it makes. If there's no improvement, I'll just accept things as they are.0
