Is TSB seperate from lloyds banking group

Im aware they use same systems but are they a seperate bank and do they use
same call centres etc

They have their own banking licence and staff including call centres.
A limited number of staff at Lloyds will provide services to TSB to enable the systems to run but this will be behind the scenes.Im aware they use same systems but are they a separate bank and do they use
