Win ESA Tribunal Appeal

Hello All,I had an Employment Support Allowance tribunal appeal. I received a letter to say I am entitled to ESA work-related activity component. I want to thank you guys for all the advice you have giving me in the past your help has been much appreciated!
Has this is my first appeal win. My question is what happens now? I am currently claiming JSA do I have to sign off that myself or will it be done automatically? I had my ATOS medical back in April or May 2014 will I be backdated from then before or after? Do you normally get a letter before any money is backdated to you? Thanks Guys

Surprised you on JSA & not on Appeals rate ESA. Same amount of money but no need to sign on. I'd go along to JC with letter stating you won the appeal. Then close JSA claim. Get JC to fax copy of letter thru to ESA dept.
You should get any outstanding money backdated to the date you had a letter stating that you were fit for work. (Or week 13 if you are a new ESA claimant & not a transfer from the old IB days)
May take a while for appeals service paperwork to filter through to ESA dept. Give um a couple of wks then ring up
