Not necessarily. You can enforce the ending of a commecial lease for non-payment of rent via 'peaceable re-entry'.
I've done it myself, without baliffs or court action; and that was for shops on Brixton's 'front line' on Railton Rd just offColdharbour road.
And I didn't take Big Tim with me...

So the question for Red Devil now is, what do you wish to achieve?
* payment of rent and an ongoing letting?
* end of the letting contract?
* or both the above
What you do next depends on the above, but whatever your preference I think you have sufficient advice to take things forward.0 -
Want them to pay and carry on renting if not want them to move their things out.:footie:0
