Need Motherboard for a Pentium 4 PC

Hi,
My old Sony Vaio PC (PCV-RZ324)

has now died a death but I have got the following parts from it
Pentium 4 processor and heatsink
4 x 256MB Memory
DVD Drive
IDE Hard Drive
AGP Graphics Card
I have been given a power supply and case and floppy drive but just need recommendations on a cheap motherboard to put in. Looking to spend £40 max including vat and delivery as its for a second computer.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

This is the only one I can find and assumes the P4 is socket 478 and the RAM you have is PC2100, PC2700 or PC3200 - however only has 2 slots so you won't be able to use all 4 sticks... Supports AGP graphics though and everything else...
