green deal - draft exclusion - failed double glazing seals?

Hi.

Ive got a green deal assessment in a days time, and intend to try and use the full 1500 available to me as a new mover.

I'm trying to find the second item, as my first will be underfloor insulation as loft insulation will hopefully be redone by BG in the summer for free( see the mouse thread)

However, the house I'm currently in appears to have perished upvc double glazing seals andnsealant, or at least ones that have been replaced badly.

Does anyone know if they find a draft from a DG unit, if getting it fixed can be claimed back under the gd?

Green Deal golden rules...low cost spenditure with high return in efficiency savings eg

They won't agree a £1000 spend on a product that'll save you £50 per year

I'm hoping that as it's only seals that have gone rather than frames/glass that the cost to replace is only £200 compared to the savings.
