    17/18 members of staff per store seems high to me
    Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked

    It was sold by JD Sports to investment firm Hilco Capital in November.

    I wonder if Hilco have a case for opening a SOGA claim because their purchase didn't last a reasonable time.

    TBH I'm not surprised. My granddaughter used them to order some Christmas presents for herself. Of the 6 items ordered 3 turned out to be out of stock resulting in about 25% of the price paid being postage.

    They just issued a partial refund with no explanation why so it wasn't until the shipping confirmation came - almost a week later which was poor too that she knew what she'd be getting. Couldn't work it out from the price as they'd also removed a discount.

    I left them feedback that I wouldn't be using them again and they did at least apologise - probably more for public consumption than for my benefit.

    Compared to all my other online Christmas stuff they were very slow and the only one with that stupid out-of-stock issue with their website.
