New contract rate hasn't started
I had a two-year contract with Talkmobile at £7.50 (which went up to £7.70 at some point) which ended in November last year. The new contract is £10 but my account is still showing as £7.70. My husband's account, (he signed up the same day) has changed to £10.
Am I obliged to tell Talkmobile they're not charging me enough, or can they back-date and collect the difference at a later date?

If the contract does say £10 then they can demand what you owe them, but they cannot simply 'collect' without informing you.0
