Go to Tools (3 lines), select Bookmarks then Bookmark manager. Click Organise and the Export option is there.

Thanks for that. :T
That's the only downside to getting a new PC (apart from paying for it of course
), installing all your favourite programs, and transferring your documents and the like. 0 -
If you've logged in to your Google account whilst in Chrome then you should be able to sync your bookmarks across all your devices, without needing to export them.

Do you have a google account ?
If so it can sync your bookmarks across all copies of chrome you use - i.e. phone / pc / tablet -/ login on someone else's PC and use your bookmarks on that PC0 -

No I don't.0 -
As others have said, register a Google account (Gmail) and then it will save your bookmarks and preferences, so on the new computer you just log in on chrome and voila, they're there. More specific steps below...

It's OK. I've managed the export/import.
Thanks everyone. :T0 -
One of the great things about Chrome is that all your devices are synced, any reason why you wouldn't want to do that?Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

I've found that if you are using Google Chrome, Google Drive and Picassa, you can sync them all and access them on any of your computers/tablets/smartphones. I was able to access all my photos and documents from my old laptop with my new one as well as on my tablet without having to copy them to CD's, DVD's or memory sticks."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
