Leaking Flat Roof

In December 2012 I had my flat roof overlayed due to a leak.
It has now started leaking again bringing part of the ceiling down that I had previously repaired.
I have contacted the builder who fixed it 2 years ago as he is still in business but he is ignoring my calls and reading my text messages but not replying
I think by what I have read on the internet the roof should have lasted more that 2 years
Any one got any ideas how I can get him to contact me?
Thanks

What did the roofer do? I read it as overlaid as in a singe sheet. If the roof was knackered it should have been stripped back and 3 layers of felt applied or one of the newer EPDM/ Fibreglass finishesHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
