Twitter problem

On my laptop I had my own Twitter account on Explorer and ran the admin for my camera clubs Twitter account on Chrome. The laptop has now died and I am using a desk top I bought from a friend. The desk top is fine but both Chrome and Explorer only find my own account. I can see the clubs Twitter feed but how do I get back in to it to start administering it again?
