Pokeing nose in !!! Cavity wall insulation

My son who is looking to purchase a new family home , with £500k
To spend , he does welcome my advice on homes & I do the basic DIY for him &. All the family.
I myself have had two houses with cavity wall insulation & i am not to convinced that if I were to move again I would not buy a house with C/w/I , I am not convinced that in years to come ,that it will be a big problem & that it can not be removed once blown in to the cavity , I'm not talking about the insulation like kingspan that's in the cavity as that as a1" gap.
I dare say that it works &keeps the house a lot warmer.
I read the posts on here about condensation & all the problems that people have & that even makes me think that i might be right in my thinking , & even if I'm wrong at least no damage or problems have been started.
He has got his eye on a property , early days yes , & I have not yet read the estate agents report yet. What do other people think about what I am saying ? , &would you or do you think like me.

Can we have that in English?Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

I would always see cavity wall insulation as a good thing, provided it was done professionally. If there are condensation or damp issues then these need to be sorted out separately.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

In the two houses I had direct experience of, it made a massive difference in the heating bills and comfort.
As stator says, if condensation is a problem, that's a separate issue.0 -
I wouldn't poke your nose into cavity wall insulation.
It may be a nasal irritant or worse.I am a LandLord,(under review) so there!:p0 -
We got it done a few yrs back and the house is definitely warmer but you have to work at not letting the extra condensation be a problem. It wouldn't put me off buying a house though.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...
