Anyone know a card that issues conv chq's with their 0% promotion?

Does anybody know of a credit card company that issues convenience chq's at their introductory rate when you open their card? Or can balance transfer into your current account at the intro rate ??

Alreday have some savings, but wouldn't mind topping it up for a while if I could get 0% chq's or current account transfer.
