Lastminute.com deposit

Booked a holiday yesterday with Lastminute.com taking advantage of their new year discount codes.
They made a mistake with one of the traveller’s names on flight booking, we notified them today & it was changed asap. However we also noticed the deposit debited from our account doesn't match the agreed cost on our booking details. We asked for clarification but Lastminute advised that the finance team will need to get back to us. I have asked them to confirm that the balance will reflect the actual deposit paid & hope for an answer asap.
Whilst it’s not a large amount (approx £40), I’m concerned that it may lead to further increases.... Are Lastminute obliged to stick to the details in my booking confirmation? I've checked our booking confirmation again and can’t actually see any T&Cs apart from flights.

have the flight prices changed since you originally booked? Depending how they have dealt with this they may have cancelled the flights for full refund within 24 hours and started the booking all over again. Alternatively it could be an admin fee for the name correction either from the airline or by lastminute0

I don't think it's related to the flight name error, we told them of their error at the same time that we asked about the deposit (today) - but the deposit had already been taken & was dated yesterday.0
