I've had hundreds of these over the past few weeks. (The From name and Subject changes at times).

Yes there are currently loads of these about: Apple, Microsoft, PayPal. Some just say "Your Account is Overdue/stopped/cancelled/etc." Then there are the appeals from, or offers of £millions from places like Burkina Faso, I've had many of those. The Pseudo-English used is quite laughable. On Hotmail I sometimes right-click and use "View Message Source" which shows the originating address and the message can be read for a laugh.
Read, then delete. Or delete as soon as they arrive in your inbox. PayPal have a facility to report the sender, spoof@paypal.com I think.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.
