but as I didn't get an email I've tried to contact them - no reply so far.
I sent a fb message, I used the contact form on the site and I've emailed them.
Anyone else waiting to hear from Essex Baby regarding the November draw?

I am afraid to advise that this is a mistake on our behalf, I am really sorry.
My assistant had picked up the wrong details from the competition spreadsheet.
