Saving pics from iPad

Hi all, I've got an app on my ipad called scanner pro and I have about 1000 pics saved on it, how can I save them to a laptop/external memory without using iTunes? I don't want to back the iAd up I just want to have the pics saved elsewhere. Thanks.

If you can add them to your pictures on the iPad download an app called ' photo bucket'. Save everything in that. Then go online on your laptop and open ' photo bucket' online on there. All your pictures will be there. You can then save them.
Someone might have an easier way, but that is what I would do.0
