Help with organising receipts

I use an envelope and write on the outside the shop and the amount. I have 3 columns 1 for M&S card 1 for John Lewis card and 1 for cash & switch. When I write down the amount I put the receipt in the envelope and when the amount shows in my account I tick the amount written on the envelope. At the end of the month I seal the envelope and put it in a drawer then start the next envelope. Worked for me for years and makes it easy to find receipts if something breaks within their guarantee and has to be returned.0
