Credit report mix up

Some one please help me:mad::mad:

Equifax have mixed up my married name and maiden name electoral roll information and it now shows that I'm not confirmed at present but I've been on the register for 5yrs (which is my maiden name). However on the next part, next to my married name, it shows that I've been registered from 03-15!

Speaking to the call centre is no help as they want me to raise an online dispute, which I have done, several months back and apparently it's ok and won't hinder me with credit applications, however my report shows this as a big red flag and informs me that I could struggle to get credit!

Is there anyone who i can take this to?

That's correct, assume there is an alias, you electoral roll should show the range for the name you provided at the time.

But it's not correct as it's showing my maiden name info as current electoral roll data. I should be registered for 12 years as length of time currently and confirmed, however it's showing 5yrs unconfirmed.
