adding a wood burning stove to a 2 story rear extension? costs

Any rough idea about what the additional cost would be of incorporating a wood burning stove on the ground floor of the 2 story rear extension?

Presumably it would need a twin wall liner running all the way up?

Im looking for a rough idea minus the cost of the stove itself.

Also would not mind a bit of advice as to how to incorporate that into the build.

Would the average builder be able to install the flue so that stove can be fitted to suit?

the overall design we would be looking at is similar to this

Any advice would be most welcome

For an external twin wall flue you would be looking at between £60 - £80 per length of flue plus support brackets and bends and couplings etc ball park fitted would be around £1000 - £1300

General builders and you can do it cheaper as a diy build providing you get it signed off by the council and follow part J of the building regs.
