Want to start a business but I've got no idea where to start

My circumstances
1. Banned from PayPal and eBay forever due to an unscrupulous individual.
2.know where to get stock
3. Unemployed
4.I've made up a name
That's all I've got
I want to sell misc goods like the store bargain buys b&m etc and have found a cheap supplier but don't know where to go from here.
Any ideas on this one guys n girls?

Any chance of an appeal to ebay and paypal if it wasn't your fault.
They obviously blamed you but can you appeal your innocence.....make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I'd say it's a pretty harsh end of the market to be in, extremely cost sensitive and reliant on big turnover - but turnover means lots of money tied up in stock, logistics, storage, etc., buying power will mean better margins, and a few pence extra on some bargain lines might actually double the margin!0
