Is there any bank that won't charge fees for foreign purchases online

So I buy my things from a site called DHgate .
Cheap as chips and I don't mind waiting for delivery as I know its a good deal.
They charge in USD which is their currency.
However I'm starting to get annoyed at Lloyds bank now.
After every single purchase I always get two fees off Lloyds
NON STG PURCH FEE and NON STG TRANS FEE
this is ridiculous as its an online buy.
Anyone know how I can get this back and recommend a good bank that won't charge these fees.

You need to use a credit card: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-travel-money0

Well, some debit cards don't charge too...0

...or the right debit card (although I agree a credit card would be better).Archi_Bald wrote: »You need to use a credit card: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-travel-money0 -

Sorry but it isn't "ridiculous as it's an online buy" - it's exactly the same as if you went to the US and bought the goods there. And as for whether they should charge conversion fees in the first place, well, pretty much everybody does. You won't be able to get them back.0 -
One of the 'travel' credit cards that other posters have referred to.
Creation also offer a card which is competitive but not listed on this website yet.
I would personally use a credit card as the three main commission free debit cards come with strings attached.
N&P BS requires a regular deposit, Cumberland BS requires you live near their branch network and Metro Bank only covers European transactions. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
