Florida flights

Hi - quick question --
I'm trying to book some flights to Florida in August. There are a few options, but some British Airways flight prices have confused me...

Booking via British Airways direct appears to come up with about £650rtn per person. However, if I search thru Skyscanner, the exact same BA flights are coming up for about £430rtn per person - these are available when I click through to a third party website, such as bravofly or gotogate.
Seems too good to be true that these are over £200 cheaper?? What's the catch? Is there any problem with booking via these third parties?

There seem to be a few other examples where booking via these third parties come in at £100+ cheaper. I'm suspicious. Are things like baggage not included or something?

it is likely these cheaper flights do not exist...often referred to as "bait and switch"...you will end up paying the same if not more than the airline direct price

Many thanks for this - thought it sounded too good to be true. I'll book direct with the airline.

(Sorry for duplicate post, wasn't sure where best to post.)

Are they direct flights ? They sound very cheap. We booked our flights to Orlando 12 months in advance for 2014 and we paid £800 each with Virgin, we couldn't get cheaper flights in August.

BA's only direct flights are from Gatwick & for next August are in the region of £1000

Personally I would look at the current BA ex DUB sale where you can get Club World (Business Class) for £840 in August but would need to factor in DUB travel/accomm and it would not be direct

Looked at Bravofly before, they never have the flights at the advertised price online, they then ask you to call them & the price rockets, surprise surprise, useless, never had any problems with flight/holiday Genie though, have had a few transatlantic bargains from them
  • Florida in August you say ?
Very hot and very humid I say.
    Good luck.;)
