Freeview HD channels have gone missing overnight

We have had Sky for several years, but, as we want to reduce our outgoings, we've decided to cancel, and have bought a Panasonic DMR-HWT230 Smart 1TBFreeview HD Twin Recorder.

We set it up yesterday, and it was all fine - all the HD channels were being received.

This morning, when we switched it on, it wanted to do an update, so we let it do the update.

But, after the update, all the HD channels have disappeared. We've done some rescans, but they still won't appear.

Can anybody suggest what has happened here, and also how we can get our HD channels back

We are on the Bluebell Hill transmitter, if this information is needed

Thanks

It will be the box update , look at the Panasonic site for updates or ring their tech support tomorrow

Suspect another update will pop up over air though soon

Have you recently had a 4G upgrade in your area for mobile phones?
this apparently can disrupt the Freeview signal.

Alternately you could try a factory re-set rather than a re-tune that might make a difference.

We did get that postcard through the post - but I think it's probably less likely to be the 4G, as it was working fine yesterday

I'll suggest the factory reset re-set to my husband, to see if he wants to try that,

Otherwise we'll try the support line tomorrow

    Thanks for the suggestions
