Experian order 'hanging'

I've tried twice now to get a 30 day trial with Experian. Each time, after entering my card details and pressing confirm order, it hangs on the screen with a box saying 'Processing... Please wait while your order is processed.'
Last time I waited 7 minutes. Some while after an email arrives asking me complete the order. I'm using a tablet (iPad), could this be the problem? Or does it really take more than 7 minutes to process and I'm being impatient?

I've only tried it on a PC and don't recall having a problem.0

I tried again later on the iPad - exactly the same. I then borrowed my husband's lap top and it went through no problem. So I guess it was a tablet thing. To Do 2015

Hi Tammy2,
It shouldn't take that long to process, and I'm glad to hear you were able to get in on the laptop.
So we can get our tech guys to look at what caused the delay on the tablet please email the details of the web browser you were using to uksocialsupport@experian.com
Many thanks.
