Monday - chicken burritos (chicken and peppers from freezer)
Tuesday - spaghetti Bolognese (mince from freezer, jar of sauce from cupboard) with garlic bread from freezer
    Wednesday - turkey curry (freezer)
Thursday - oven bits. Crispy chicken, waffles and veg most likely
Friday - usually date night, maybe just a chippy this week
Saturday I'm being treated to a day in London with my nan to see Miss Saigon so OH will fend for himself from the freezer. Sunday we have people coming over for my bday party, using up party bits from the freezer!

As you can probably tell, I'm on a mission to clear our freezer this week so I can cook more. Breakfast I have porridge, OH has coco pops from our costco supplies. Lunches - freezer bits, leftovers and soups for me, with lots of fruit and veg (I snack a lot at work) and chicken sandwiches for fussy OH

    The plan for this week

    Fish, Chips & mushy peas
    Nasi Goreng
    Pasta & sundried tomato
    Shepherds pie
    Roast Chicken
    Chicken Pie
    Freezer meal

Need to have a look through my recipe books as I am stuck in a rut at the moment on a few repeated meals (but well liked by the family).
Will aim to add something new per fortnight I think :)

    I've been Money Tipped!

    W. Risi e pisi
    T. Simple pasta for resident parent ( fast for me probably)
    F. Attempt at slow cooker Dahl.

My kitchen ny resolution is to try and fall in love with the hated slow cooker.
