Lip sync issues are usually due to the streaming device not having enough grunt to convert audio/video at the same time and transmit the data over wifi...
Depending on the app/device you might be able to tell it to let the TV to do the grunt work of decoding it.Laters

All my devices are wired connections through smart plugs so no wifi is used. Just annoying that the TV can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV no probs but if it's my own films then I have to end up using the PS3 to stream them due to the sync issue0
