Leak from Conservatory Roof

Hi Members,
Just noticed water dripping from somewhere in my conservatory.
the roof is polycarbonate. It is kitchen that is attached to the conservatory. It has been freezing like crazy. Its been 3 months into this house.
I was hoping to get the roof cleaned as it is looking very dirty but now since water has started to drip. I am thinking its time to change it.

any one using glass roof on their conservatory?

have been reading about this pilkington self cleaning glass, is it worth it ?

Once the roof has been changed to a glass roof, would it warmer than what it is now ?

any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone has changed from polycarbonate to glass, a rough idea on cost would be very useful.
I dont to call people to get quotations if the cost is going to be sky high.

Is it actually leaking or is it just condensation dripping down ????
