We arent mince pie lovers so I only bought one box (which we ate) but visitors brought some and we now have lots of them left....
Any interesting suggestions to jazz them up?

I'd not faff about - I'd probably just nuke them for 20 seconds or so - and top them off with some instant custard. Eaten from a bowl, with a spoon.0

here's another:
they should still be ok about 25th Jan, so dip in a beer batter and deep fry, then have with haggis, neeps n tatties for a Burns supper.0 -

I'm still struggling with the concept of leftover mice pies, is that similar to the fabled leftover wine?0

The only thing I can think of is to freeze them until needed/wanted.
I saw the most revolting recipe for mincemeat over xmas on youtube. A mincemeat omelette with a big dusting of icing sugar over the top cooked by a certain Mrs Cradock for Christmas 1975.0 -
I'd second the idea of eating them with custard as a quick and easy pudding. I wouldn't nuke them though, makes the pastry go soggy - a few mins in the oven should do it, especially if you already have the oven on to cook supper...Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

think I am going to have to try that omelette!0

I've just pollished off the last 2 by smothering the tops with peanut butter... Delicious!0

If you don't like them as they are I don't think anything would jazz them up to an extent that they'd be any better.
Do you have a workplace/coffee morning with friends that they can be donated to and shared. This could encourage others to share their leftovers which you may prefer.
I love mince pies and can't imagine having any leftovers, but hope you find a use for them soon
