Adding Co-op to MoneyDashboard

I am having trouble entering my memorable date to allow me to add my Co-op current account to MoneyDashboard.

It says the format is DD/MM/YYYY. I enter 01 for DD but then it wont accept any more characters. I have tried / and 02 etc.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or been able to add Co-op successfully? Am I doing something completely daft?

I have sent a message to MD, but they wont look at in until Monday at the earliest.

Ok, turns out I was being daft...
There are three boxes, one below each other.
To be fair, the helpful hint was a bit misleading.

Impressed with MD getting back to me on a Saturday though!!

just found money dashboard and I`m impressed,but unable to add Santander or 1st Direct accounts...have contacted customer support about it...unless some one here has a "tip"

I have not been able to connect to my Santander account today. It says temporary connection error or something. It could be related? At what point does yours fail? What error do you get?

I am new to dashboard so I have been adding my accounts today...all worked except for santander and 1st direct error code 523

Which customer support? I doubt the bank would allow it in the t&c.

Why is it free? Do they sell your data or do you get loads of adverts on the app/site?

I've no idea how they monetize it, but there're no ads.

Looks fine to me no ads as yet...they advised me how to set up my 1st direct its because I do not use secure key to log on,they are going to get back to me regarding santander the customer service I use is the money dashboard NOT santander
