Not often give praise for good service

I recently had my garden flooded with sewage from a neighbouring property, unfortunately the people from this property were next to useless.

I rang Severn Trent and found from the call centre staff, through to the engineer who called out, and the service team who dealt with the actual problem, they were all brilliant and I couldn't have wished for better service, prompt and professional, well done.
