Tenancy Inspection - LA not agreeing to a set time

Hi all, Im renting a property with a now periodical tenancy agreement. The LA took over the management of the property last year and now they want to carry out an inspection,which is fine. I would change the locks NOW as your are being harassed by them intruding. I would suggest you give them you mob number and ask them to call you before they leave to check your up? If you don't let them inspect you will just get an S21.
