Amtico Relaying Lifted Tiles

Hi,
We have Amtico fitted on much of our ground floor. All the areas have underfloor heating and in some areas we have lifting and cupping of some tiles. Other areas are perfectly flat and the floor has been down 13 years. Unfortunately the Amtico style is end of life and can not be purchased anymore.
Any advice on how to relay the lifted tiles. Ideally I'd like to find a tradesman whom has lots of personal success in these types of jobs but I also want to learn the best approach. By the way we are in the Milton Keynes area.
Many thanks
