M6 Toll Tag Account - Termination

Does anyone have any experience of cancelling an M6 Toll Tag account? I have a Tag Account (converted from a Quick Start Tag early 2013) but no longer get good usage from it and hence want to terminate. However, if one takes the T&C on the Internet literally, termination is only possible during an initial period or if they choose to do so due to your breach.

I've e-mailed them to clarify but was wondering if anyone has any experience of this?

Either party may terminate this agreement on one month's written notice to the other party in accordance with Clause 10.
