ANPR LTD parking ticket

Hello I am new here 
I was issued a parking ticket today for parking my moped in a car parking space in a private car park.
Although before going into detail I would just like yk make sure that this is a suitable thread for my matter.
Please note I am only 16 so this is new to me, any help is greatly appreciated

Don't pay it, it's an invoice not a charge, ANPR have also given me one, They "protect" the car park at my home so I have been charged to park at my home address. I wrote them a letter back but I have no intention of paying it0
