I've lost Netflix My List

The Netflix app on my Panasonic Viera TV seems to have lost My List, although it's still there on my PC.
A bit of googling suggests that this can happen when Netflix thinks you're in a different country to the one where you registered. That's not what's actually happened, but I wonder if there's an issue with my Plusnet IP address - I seem to recall reading that they have used a batch of addresses that used to be located outside the UK.
I've restarted my router and re-established the connection between the TV and the router, but that hasn't helped. Is my memory about IP addresses correct, and if so is there anywhere that the address can be checked (it's currently 87.113.221.110) to see if it was a foreign one previously?

Thanks, it does say that it's UK, but I wonder if the issue is that it used to be registered in another country and that Netflix have not updated their own lists to reflect the switch?0 -
Well, despite not having done anything since yesterday My List is now back on the Netflix App, so no further action required.0
