Waterpark holidays, any suggestions?

I am looking to book a holiday and have spent hours researching on Thomas Cook, Thomson and First Choice.
This is out first holiday and I have worked hard to save for it so am looking for somewhere with a water park for my boys aged 10 and 13.
Can anyone suggest anywhere at all? I can't consider anywhere hotter than 34 as my boys wouldn't cope with it (a shame as all the great parks seem to be in Turkey and Egypt and we will be going in August when it is 35+).
I'm sure I will be missing places as I have only looked at those 3 providers but I am a bit clueless really.
We need somewhere all inclusive as I need a total break, I don't want to cook.
My budget is £5,500 as a maximum for 2 adults and 2 kids, which seems reasonable from what I have looked at so far but it will mean working a lot of overtime as we have budgeted for £4,000 so if anyone can suggest somewhere fun but that won't break the bank I'd be very grateful.

Hi
I cannot advise on hotels ect but look at Tenerife {south part of the island} See link below for the best water park outside of the USA according to many people that have used it

Have you looked at ...
- Paradise lago taurito?
- Port aventura hotel?
- Rio Playa Blanca?
- Los Patos park hotel?
- Aquashow park hotel?
- Pickalbatros aqua fun club?
All of those look quite good.
p.s. It'll be hammered at you everywhere, but buy decent travel insurance (that doesn't include the default on from easyjet / thomas cook, but they're better than nothing). Seriously. It can literally be a life saver.0 -
How long do you want to go for? Siam park in Tenerife is claimed to be the best waterpark in Europe. Have you considered looking at a hotel and buying a weekly waterpark pass from someone like Attraction world that may work out cheaper.0

How abt Salou?
You have both waterpark and theme park , Portaventura :
http://www.portaventura.es/
There is also another waterpark in nearby La Pineda :

Salou in August will be bearable, heat wise and the boys will love Portaventura.0
