Equifax and Call Credit

Hi all,
Had an issue recently where Zopa put a late payment marker on in error. It showed up on Equifax and Noddle / Call Credit free monitoring reports (unsure about Experian).
Zopa are adamant they only deal with Equifax and that Noddle must get their data from Equifax. Equifax have ammended the info but still shows on Noddle. I have raised a dispute with Noddle a month ago but nothing gone further yet. My latest report from Noddle today still shows the late payment. The last response from Zopa was Noddle will take a month to update from when Equifax is updated???
Can anyone advise if this is how it works or are Zopa fobbing me off??
Many thanks in advance.

I a Zopa account is displayed on callcredit then they report to callcredit. They obviously have staff that don't know what they are doing at Zopa.0

Agreed. The data is reported directly to callcredit (Noddle), so whoever you spoke to hasn't a clue what they are going on about.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
