How do I please use my Love2Shop vouchers to purchase online at Debenhams ?

Hi all,

I am trying to use my Love2shop vouchers in order to buy something online at Debenhams. I don't know how to do this so I would be grateful if someone could please advise me.

Many thanks

Get said items sent to click and collect instore and use the vouchers then.
  • Hi all,

I have just remembered how I did this 18 months ago.

I need to go to my local Debenhams store and use my vouchers to buy a gift card. I can then use the gift card to get the product online and save myself £35 if I bought the product in store.

well for 2015 Highstreet Vouchers have introduced 2 new options for love 2 shop cards.

apart from the normal Love 2 Shop card ( which can be used in more retailers than the vouchers) they have brought out an online only Love 2 Shop card and a Everywhere Love 2 shop card ( which is 10% more so £100 card will cost you £110, but can be used anywhere that displayed the mastercard logo online and in the highstreet)
  • Just got my 2 Everywhere Love 2 shop MasterCards and guess what ? 2 places would not accept it even that the store uses MasterCard as a payment , as soon as they saw Love2Shop on the card they said No !! ,contacted Love2Shop and they said they should honour as they are breaking the rules of the MasterCard but can not force them and the ones that aren't are being informed by the company that its safe. They offered me a refund and I got back £220 x 2 that I paid in as you lose £20 on each card so anyone that has these cards should check first before filling your trolley up and then getting shown up by card decline :(
