Hermes contact number

I have sent a delivery with Hermes and the buyer gave their address as 24 xxxx xxxxx. I have sent to that address, and the courier has now tried to deliver twice unsuccessfully. I contacted my buyer who said "Do they know to deliver to the shop, as I am a shop". Nowhere in their address does it say this.
I booked through Interparcel who are closed today, so does anyone have a contact number for Hermes please ?
Edit : Just spoken with Ebay CS who said that if he doesn't get them, he can raise an INR case and I will get a defect. Surely that can't be right ?

If you go into Facebook you can send a private message once you Like Hermes page (or you may be able to still send a PM without 'Liking' their page). I had a problem a few weeks ago with a parcel not being collected from me and after 2 days I checked on the Hermes website and it did show Facebook. They were very quick at replying and handled the issue for me and got someone to come out for the parcel. Apparently someone else was helping with the round and not doing the job properly as our courier is really great but was on holiday at the time.
