Hello,
I hope you all had a good Christmas and a great new years!
Me and my partner have been looking at a second car for ourselves as a "weekend" car. Our car that we own already is only for work (high mileage) and its worth about £600!
One of my ideas was to lease the second car, its brand new and the idea of having a new car every 2 years is good for us as our situation might change (aka children).
Does anyone have any experience leasing cars? Are there any draw backs apart from not owning the car? We were hoping to get something nice and ummm... not sluggish but didn't want to pay the earth.
Thanks
Darren

"WHAT IF" the children come along shortly after starting a lease? Reduced income and that sitting there sapping your money?
2 year lease will be more costly because your in the biggest deprectiation zone. The 1st year is money down the drain. 2nd year not quite so bad. 3rd year a little better.
Stick the equivalent of 6 months worth of lease payments on an older MX5 and enjoy the sun.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
