Hudl just over 12 months old

Bought a Hudl for my grandson lat Christmas - Tesco Direct 6 November. Probably got it early to get clubcard double as I paid no cash.

Anyway now the headphone socket isn't working correctly - only come out of one earphone and doesn't mute the tablet (tried switch cleaner and different headphones).

Has anybody got anywhere with Tesco on just over year old claims?

Hi,

I have charge problems with all 3 HUDLs bought last Xmas, I've contacted tesco who although slow on the uptake did eventually come back with a solution.
They want to offer me £20 per Hudl, no repair was offered.
Obviously i don't want to accept this but that's for another post!
To answer your question, Yes they will entertain +1 year claims but maybe not to your satisfaction.
Ill let you know how i get on when i refuse this offer.
