Slimming tablets for the abs don't particularly exist. Slimming tablets would, if they work, help increase fat loss but you cannot pick from where the fat goes unfortunately. You'd need to do cardio to burn calories and reduce calories from food to get rid of fat. To get definition on the abs you need to do work on those particular muscles. Look out for the abs machines in the gym, sit ups, crunches, good old plank etc.
  • I agree with the above, also try classes at the gym like Body Pump. Ours seems to have some really good strength and cardio ones lots of guys attend
  • Sit ups, crunches etc do not build abs sorry to say. Planks help to build stabilising muscles.

Six packs are built in the kitchen!

Also as mentioned, try intense cardio.

Best ab builders - squats and deadlifts.

Try these for 2 months and you will be amazed!

Agree with this. The only way to achieve Ab Definition (ie you can see your 6 pack) is by reducing your body fat to below approx. 10%
Best bet is to ask your gym staff to measure your body fat - should be included in your membership, a nutrition review, and re-programme. Squats are great for the Abs. Don't be afraid to go heavy.
HIIT cardio could work really well for you - big results in shorter time.
    I'm a PT by the way ;)

Wow - someone who actually knows what they are talking about!

    Nice to see!

I am so used to raspberry ketones and nonsense fad diets on here I had to read your post twice!

I literally changed my body shape with the big 3 Squats, bench and deads. Did these for 6 months, and better results than any 4 day split!

I use Grenade every now and again and can confirm it does give you loads of extra energy before a high intensity workout which in my case is a 20km session on the rowing machine

Why do you need extra energy to do a 20km row?

As above, train hard and avoid going to the fridge to often.

If you train with some heavy weights eg 4-15 reps. It will help build some muscle which will in turn increase your metabolism, this will make it easier to get your body fat down.
With Cardio / HIIt on top will again help burn more kcals.

Different slimming tablets can work in different ways.
some will work on appetite and some will work by giving you energy or increasing fatty acid mobilisation in the blood.

They are the cherry on top of the cake.
Diet and exercise will make the cake and ice it. If these are not correct the cherry will be no help at all.
  • I wouldn't touch slimming tablets with a ten foot pole.
