Trying to contact Home In One Insurance

I have a policy with Home in One Insurance, that I need to cancel, as I have arranged a new policy.
I have a contact number of 01403 282424, however whenever I try to call it I just get an answer phone. I guess I will have to leave a message, but the trouble is you are then waiting for them to call you back.
Does anyone else have a different contact number I could try?
