Praise for Dynorod

On New Years Eve i looked out of my window onto my side return patio and saw to my horror an overflow of raw sewage cascading over the concrete - about 2 weeks worth!:eek:
I rang BG to see if my Homecare covered it - which it didnt- so they put me through to Dynorod who they use.
Now i was trepidatious as I had heard mixed reports concerning Dynorod but I asked them a few questions. The good news was they could make me their next job.
So after phoning them at 2.30pm on New Year's Eve, they appeared at my house by 4.15pm and had finished the job by 5pm including cleaning up the mess the overspill had made as well as the actual unblocking of my own drain. All for £90 which I thought reasonable.

And a tip from me (and them) dont flush away those toilet wipes - they were the culprit.(even though they were "flushable")

I too posted somewhere on here about this time last year after calling out Dynorod. I was in two minds about using them, having heard some horror stories in the past, but then thought as they are now part of British Gas I'd be unlikely to get a cowboy & their charges seemed fair & stated upfront.

Like with you they responded quickly, got the job sorted & I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the job was guaranteed for 3 months, so if it did re-occur all I had to do was phone & quote the job no. & the guy would come back again. Fortunately there was no need as the problem was fully sorted.
