Not been around for a few weeks as I think I needed a little break from here!!! Been a bit spendy with kids things (both have residential school trips and camps to pay for and DD3 desperately needed some new clothes!) also decided to plan a visit to see one of my best friends who has recently split from her husband of 25 years - but she lives in Florida!!! haven't seen her for 6 years and we are well over due a catch up - so I did it!!! Book a flight when the kids are at their dads at the end of May - excited in an understatement!!!
Flights were £450 but I wont need a huge amount of spending money as we are happy to just chill at her house (with a pool!) and we are planning a little road trip in her VW camper!!! so paid a bit less than planned this month! Not feeling guilty though will still be debt free by July!!!! Then start operation house - desperately need to get my house stuff sorted after that!!!
