Tenancy Agreement Wording Query

Hi all,
I was reading my Tenancy Agreement before signing it today, and I think it looks as though there's an error in it.

Surely it should state 2017 for a 24 month tenancy?
I'm posting because I'm struggling to reach both my agent and the letting agent due to the bank holiday.
What are your thoughts? I don't want to sign on the dotted line if the "typo" could run me into trouble later on.
Many thanks!

That's an obvious typo. Tell them to correct it or cross and correct.0

Do you want a 12 or 24 month tenancy?
Just cross out and correct the relevant word, initial the correction, sign, make a photocopy, and return.
