Hello. I just entered wrong PIN in my M&S bank PASS calculator and now when i turn it on, it won't ask for PIN number, but there is a message FAIL 1 on the display. Does anyone know how to remove that message and calculate token number to login to my M&S internet banking? Thank you

With the FAIL 1 message displayed, momentarily press the green button again and then you can enter your correct PIN.
